Steel Belt Cooler have a robust and structured design. The modular design with the sub-assembly groups like cooling calender, steel belt with spraying system and flaker unit as well as the range of belt width offers maximum flexibility to meet any specific requirements.
These BBA Cooler are designed for the continuous cooling of pharmaceutical products. A patented design will convince you. Built for throughputs adapted to the common extruders used for the HME (hot melt extrusion) process. We only use FDA approved materials for the GMP machine.
This BBA Cooler is highly efficient by distributing the hot product followed by the positive cooling from both sides. The Caterpillar Cooler can be adapted to different process requirements by its modular design. The resulting cooling system will produce exceptional cooling power, yet it only needs little space.
